Position Summary: We are seeking a Technology Infrastructure Engineer with autonomy and sound technical judgment to lead field installations, ensuring quality and proper documentation. Solution-oriented approach and technical accountability We seek an engineer with experience in technology infrastructure who can independently lead field installations with technical judgment and a strong focus on quality. ### **Position Objective** To autonomously execute technology infrastructure projects, ensuring clean, organized, functional, and properly documented installations. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Installation of structured cabling (copper and fiber optic). * Fiber splicing and fusion. * Professional mounting and organization of racks and cabinets. * Physical installation of networking equipment (switches, firewalls). * Implementation of video surveillance, alarm, and access control systems. * Installation of point-to-point wireless links. * Basic network configuration. * Technical site surveys and material quantification. * Preparation of final reports and diagrams. * Coordination of auxiliary technicians in the field. ### **Required Profile** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field (or technical diploma with solid experience). * Minimum 2–3 years of field installation experience. * Practical expertise in fiber optics and structured cabling. * Experience working in diverse physical environments (indoor and outdoor). * Valid driver’s license. * Solution-oriented approach and technical accountability. ### **We Offer** * Monthly net salary of $15,000 to $20,000\. * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule from Monday to Friday. * Diverse technical projects. * Real autonomy and leadership in the field.
