Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Engineer to plan and coordinate machinery manufacturing projects, from design through delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development in the design and manufacturing of automated machinery. **We are MC PACK, a company specializing in the design and manufacturing of automated machines, and we are currently seeking a Project Engineer:** **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related degree. * Age 25–45. * Project follow-up experience preferred (not mandatory). * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Manufacturing process knowledge preferred. * Personnel management knowledge preferred. * Client interaction experience preferred. * Flexible working hours. **Key Competencies for the Role:** * Organization and results orientation. * Analytical and technical thinking. * Clear and effective communication. * Proactivity and problem-solving. * Teamwork and collaboration. * Attention to detail and timely follow-up. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and coordinate machinery manufacturing projects—from design to delivery—covering schedule, cost, and quality. * Monitor procurement, production, automation, and assembly. * Communicate with clients regarding progress, changes, and deliveries. * Prepare reports. * Identify and manage risks. * Control project scope changes. * Assist the company’s General Management / commercial focus. * Manage General Management’s schedule. **We Offer:** * Base weekly salary of 4,000 MXN. * Statutory benefits. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:35 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
