Strong negotiation skills and ability to repair things Technician or Engineer in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electro-Mechanics, or related field. Strong negotiation skills, self-directed, organized, and possessing manual dexterity or aptitude for repairing things. The position involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on encoder equipment. We seek a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong sense of responsibility, character, tact, and prudence. Other responsibilities: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with specialized software (preferred), basic English (spoken and written). One year of relevant experience. Knowledge of basic electronics and electrical fault detection. Minimum education: Engineering degree. Willingness to undertake short business trips.
