**Purpose Statement:** Maintain data sets primarily utilized by Global Sourcing and regional Materials teams. Manage and act as the SME for assigned systems and processes. Support and drive continuous improvement efforts for Global Sourcing. **Key Job Accountabilities:** * Responsible for working with RBA, collecting supplier information, conducting surveys to evaluate environmental performance, and assessing ESG governance for specific suppliers. * Collecting data on minerals and their environmental impact. * Organized and analytical skills, proficient with spreadsheets and macros * Support the Global Sourcing organization as SME for assigned systems and/or processes. **Education/Experience Qualifications:** * Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or equivalent work experience * Proficient English reading, writing, and speaking abilities required. **Other Qualifications:** * Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence * Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization * Strong data analysis and Decision\-making capabilities * Continuous improvement mindset * Strong experience driving KPIs * Project management experience *This document does not represent a contract of employment and is not intended to capture every possible assignment the incumbent could be asked to perform.*
