**Job Description:** We are looking for a seasoned Web Analyst with deep expertise in **Adobe Analytics** to lead our analytics practice and mentor junior analysts. This role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring scalable, agile reporting and actionable insights. **Responsibilities:** * Translate complex business requirements into analytics solutions, choosing the best tools form the full toolkit. * Drive transformation of current systems into scalable, agile reporting frameworks, apply industry best practices. * Engage stakeholders to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions. * Lead and guide junior analysts, fostering best practices and continuous learning. **Requirements (Must\-Have):** * Extensive experience with **Adobe Analytics** implementation and reporting. * Proficient in leveraging **web analytics clickstream data and writing SQL queries** for reporting and analysis, preferably using Databricks. * Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to manage projects independently with high\-level direction. * Flexible to work during **U.S. business hours**. **Preferred (Nice\-to\-Have):** * Experience with **Google Analytics reporting** and **experimentation tools** (e.g., A/B testing platforms). * Familiarity with multi\-tool ecosystems for holistic business insights. * **5\+ years of hands\-on experience in large\-scale enterprise environments**, capable of navigating complex setups and delivering robust analytics solutions. **Disclaimer** This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
