




Job Summary: Accounting or finance professional responsible for processing and validating payroll, calculating withholdings and benefits, and managing procedures with IMSS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll management and associated calculations 2. Preparation and submission of transactions to IMSS 3. Support in accounting closings and audit responses **Profile** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of payroll experience (preferred). * Up-to-date knowledge of tax and labor regulations (preferred). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Audit or tax review experience desirable. * Experience with Contpaq. **Responsibilities** * Process and calculate weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll. * Validate payroll incidents (attendance, disabilities, leaves, bonuses, etc.). * Calculate severance payments, settlements, and benefits (year-end bonus, vacation pay, PTU). * Determine and validate tax withholdings and employer-employee contributions. * Generate and stamp payroll receipts (CFDI). * Perform accounting reconciliations for payroll-related accounts. * Prepare and submit transactions to IMSS (registrations, cancellations, modifications). * Prepare reports for internal and external audits. * Control and safeguard payroll files and documentation. * Support monthly accounting closings related to salaries and wages. * Address employee inquiries regarding payments and deductions. * Support accounting closings. * Quarterly filing and submission of REPSE. * Respond to external audits. Salary: $15,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
