Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence-based **Position Objective** Manage laboratory personnel to ensure timely execution and strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for process control analyses, finished product testing, validation studies, stability testing, raw material analysis, and critical systems. **Responsibilities and Activities** 1\. Lead activities associated with the Quality Management System under a compliance code aligned with GMP. 2\. Coordinate and manage resources within the areas under supervision. 3\. Monitor quality indicators and CAPAs generated during internal and external audits. 4\. Verify compliance with laboratory safety regulations. 5\. Monitor and comply with the laboratory's assigned budget, and track and implement strategic projects. Experience * Pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industry. * Personnel management. Knowledge 1\. Use of pharmacopoeias. 2\. NOM-059. 3\. SAP. 4\. Microsoft Office suite. Education Bachelor’s degree in Chemical-Pharmaceutical or Chemical-Biological fields **Complementary Profile** EXPERIENCE: * Pharmaceutical industry. * Laboratory expense administration. * Personnel management. KNOWLEDGE: * ERP system operation (SAP, WM, MM, IM Oracle). * Budgetary management and control.
