Job Summary The HR Analyst will be responsible for supporting comprehensive HR department management, administering key processes, and contributing to legal compliance, administrative control, and the development of an efficient organizational culture. Main Responsibilities * Support recruitment and selection processes, including interviews and psychometric assessments. * Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with IMSS, REPSE, and STPS regulations. * Maintain up-to-date personnel databases, including hires, terminations, and transfers. * Generate and update HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and performance. * Prepare administrative reports and support internal and external audits. * Monitor training and organizational development processes. * Support payroll-related and administrative control processes. * Manage multiple concurrent processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources roles. * Mandatory experience in Logistics \- Warehousing \& Fulfillment Centers and/or Manufacturing \- Glass \ & Ceramics industries. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR ERP systems (SAP, Nominax, or similar). * Knowledge of administrative procedures and labor regulations. * Strong communication, data analysis, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work on-site in Guadalajara.
