




Job Description An industrial sector company is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing processes, ensure quality standards, and optimize operational performance. The role is responsible for supervising operational staff, managing resources, maintaining production flow, and ensuring on-time delivery. Main Responsibilities * Supervise manufacturing processes and ensure efficient and productive workflow. * Develop and manage production plans to ensure goal achievement. * Monitor productivity, quality, and personnel performance KPIs. * Manage materials, machinery, inventories, and department resources. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). * Supervise quality control standards and procedures. * Develop operation manuals and designs for stainless steel furniture. * Collaborate with operational departments to meet organizational objectives. Requirements * Education: Industrial or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). * 3 years in a similar position. * 2 years in production management. Knowledge in: * Industrial quality and safety regulations (NOMs). * ERP systems (preferably Odoo), indicator management, and reporting. * Lean Six Sigma, project management. * Excel, Google Drive. * Intermediate English.
