We invite you to join our team: **Production Leader** **Objective:** Coordinate production activities to ensure smooth operation of work teams and achievement of objectives. Develop and maintain consistent operational processes and workflows to guarantee efficient resource utilization and achieve the desired productivity within required timeframes. Identify and address production issues and inefficiencies, report them to the immediate supervisor or General Manager, and propose solutions. **Responsibilities:** · Direct supervision of the labeling and packaging production team (8–20 people) · Coordinate labeling and packaging teams to ensure on-time shipment deadlines are met. · Waste control. · Management and oversight of machinery, ensuring proper operation and timely maintenance. · Training, management, and performance evaluation of assigned personnel. · Coordination of necessary area maintenance activities. · Reconcile physical records versus system data. · Implementation of area processes, key performance indicators, and necessary improvements to enhance operational performance. **Requirements:** · Completed Industrial Engineering degree · Minimum 3 years’ experience as a supervisor or leading production teams of at least 20 people—mandatory. · Experience establishing production plans and operational priorities. · Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and intermediate-to-advanced Excel · Solid knowledge of production and quality processes · Intermediate English proficiency preferred · Experience in label creation or labeling processes (preferred) · Goal-oriented with stable employment history **We Offer:** · Monday to Friday work schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Fixed salary · 30-day year-end bonus (Aguinaldo) · Paid vacation days · Vacation premium (Prima Vacacional) · Savings fund (Fondo de Ahorro) · Grocery vouchers (Vales de despensa) · Profit-sharing (Utilidades) **Work location near Telmex Auditorium; proximity to residence ensures easy commuting** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund (Caja de ahorro) * Grocery vouchers (Vales de despensa) Workplace: On-site employment
