Job Summary: We are seeking an International Logistics Specialist to master cross-border B2C import processes, managing customs clearance and end-to-end operations, and optimizing logistics efficiency. International Logistics Specialist (Customs \& Operations) Comprehend and fully master the processes and operational model of cross-border B2C T1 import business, with comprehensive knowledge of end\-to\-end logistics and customs clearance. * Responsible for managing customs clearance and time control from the destination port/airport to entry into iMile's sorting center, ensuring customs clearance and warehouse entry within 2 business days. * Track and resolve anomalous MAWBs, including cases of delays, discrepancies, exceptional releases, etc. * Manage reconciliation, review, system-based requests, and payment tracking for logistics and customs service fees as well as taxes, ensuring invoice accuracy, process compliance, and timely payments. * Monitor and manage anomalous costs, such as box-level discrepancy compensation, storage charges, etc. * Responsible for entering logistics data, daily tracking, and ensuring data accuracy, promoting process standardization and system optimization to guarantee data precision and timeliness. * Collaborate with the technical team to continuously optimize logistics and customs processes, reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency. * Act as an inter-departmental coordination point, responding promptly to internal requests and customer inquiries, maintaining a 100% response rate within 24 hours and a 98% resolution rate. * Conduct logistics data analysis, forecast customs clearance deliveries, assess cargo volumes, and manage documentary data, ensuring accurate and traceable information. * Strictly monitor customs clearance performance and timeliness, tracking and resolving overdue MAWBs. * Responsible for monitoring tax payments and system-based requests, preparing weekly tax reports, ensuring no disputes arise regarding supplier payments, with a 98% compliance rate. * Maintain continuous learning on Mexican import and export regulations, as well as air, sea, and land customs procedures and cross-border e-commerce logistics, continually strengthening professional capabilities. Job Requirements * 1–3 years of work experience in international logistics or cross-border e-commerce; experience in small-package B2C shipments, international express delivery, and customs clearance coordination is preferred. * Knowledge of basic cross-border logistics processes, with fundamental understanding of import clearance, mainline transportation, and last-mile distribution. * Strong communication and coordination skills, with ability to drive problem resolution across multiple departments and operational points. * Logical thinking, high sense of responsibility, and adaptability to a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment. * Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English; Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
