Position Summary: Laser machine operator responsible for production, quality, and maintenance, with support in flexography and a focus on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and configuration of laser cutting/engraving machines. 2. Interpretation and adjustment of designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. 3. Participation in continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Review production orders and technical specifications (designs, dimensions, materials, and finishes). * Prepare and operate the laser cutting/engraving machine according to established parameters. * Configure cutting and engraving files (vector formats, power, speed, and frequency settings). * Interpret and adjust designs using software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks for accurate execution on the laser machine. * Perform basic modifications to drawings or designs as required by production needs. * Monitor the laser cutting process to ensure precision, quality, and optimal material utilization. * Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of finished products. * Support flexographic-related activities when required (cliché mounting, ink preparation, print inspection). * Verify registration, colors, and basic quality in flexographic printing processes. * Perform cleaning, basic maintenance, and adjustments on the laser machine and auxiliary equipment. * Package and label finished products according to defined standards. * Confirm that labels match the final product. * Notify the Quality Department upon completion of each batch for release. **Responsibilities:** * Deliver the full quantity of finished products for each batch on time and as scheduled. * Ensure products meet technical specifications for cutting, design, and/or printing. * Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with the 5S standard. * Optimize material usage to minimize waste in laser cutting and printing processes. * Guarantee correct interpretation and application of designs created in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. * Safeguard documented information for each process (production orders, machine parameters, quality records). * Comply with the Quality Management System guidelines for proper performance of duties. * Identify, report, and assist in resolving process deviations or equipment failures. * Support continuous process improvement. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers: $2,800 monthly. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Savings fund. * Uniforms. * Growth opportunities. * Safe and organized work environment.
