Focus on teamwork and service-oriented attitude. **Cushman \& Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Zapopan, Jalisco** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- **General Maintenance Assistant** Monthly Gross Salary: **$15,758** / Biweekly Payment Location: Zapopan Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) Saturdays: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and general repairs. Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team. Flexible availability for scheduling. Responsibilities: Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Perform basic repairs on facilities. Inspect equipment and infrastructure. Track maintenance reports.
