




**Position Purpose** Provide friendly and professional service to visitors, suppliers, and staff by efficiently managing calls, correspondence, and administrative support, ensuring an excellent institutional image and internal and external customer service. **Main Responsibilities** * Answer and route calls, emails, and messages. * Receive, register, and assist visitors and suppliers. * Monitor the incoming and outgoing flow of documents and courier services. * Support administrative tasks (data entry, filing, correspondence, quotations). * Manage office supplies and administrative materials. * Assist in organizing meetings and coordinating schedules. * Provide general support to the administrative department and management. **Requirements** * Education: Completed high school or technical administration degree. * Experience: At least 1 year in reception, customer service, or administrative support (preferred). * Knowledge of: * Basic administrative procedures. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Telephone etiquette and customer service. **Competencies** * Excellent personal appearance * Service-oriented attitude and respectfulness * Clear and courteous communication * Organization and punctuality * Responsibility and commitment * Friendly and professional demeanor * Teamwork **We Offer** * Competitive salary: $9,000 to $11,000 net monthly * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation, vacation bonus, and Christmas bonus) * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Profit sharing (PTU) * Career development and job stability * Full IMSS coverage **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
