




**Position: Purchasing Manager** **Location:** Col. Residencial Margarita, Guadalajara, Jalisco **Reports to:** Administration and Finance Manager **Area:** Administration / Procurement **Job Objective** Provide the raw materials, supplies, and services required to efficiently, promptly, and cost-effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers. **Main Responsibilities** * Obtain quotes for raw materials, supplies, and services. * Select and evaluate suppliers. * Obtain competitive proposals and prepare comparisons before making purchases. * Manage supplier registrations and modifications in the system. * Prepare purchase orders and payment requisitions. * Monitor supplier delivery timelines and service quality. * Identify and develop new suppliers offering competitive proposals. * Respond promptly to requests from various internal departments. * Review contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms. * Generate monthly reports on deliveries, quality, and requirement fulfillment. **Job Profile** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum of 1 year in procurement or administration. * Experience in quotations, negotiation, supplier selection and evaluation, purchase order processing, and price control. **Knowledge and Skills** * Knowledge of commercial, administrative, and financial practices. * Contract review and document management. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems (SAE, COI). * Strong negotiation, analytical, and stress management skills. * Organized, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented. * Teamwork and effective communication.
