**Position: Purchasing Analyst** **Job Objective:** Analyze, plan, and execute the purchase of materials and services ensuring the best cost\-benefit ratio, on\-time delivery compliance, and inventory control based on indicators, consumption forecasts, and internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and consumption trends to anticipate purchasing needs. * Prepare supply reports and comparative analyses of costs, lead times, and supplier performance. * Monitor pending orders, active projects, and delivery dates to ensure timely availability of materials. * Identify risks of stockouts or overstocking, proposing preventive actions. * Record and update purchase orders in the internal system, verifying data accuracy and agreed terms. * Track deliveries, quality, and supplier compliance, generating performance reports. * Support negotiation processes based on cost analysis, historical data, and margins. * Contribute to improving purchasing processes through performance indicators and optimization proposals. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in procurement or supply analysis, preferably in industrial or technical sectors. * **Desirable Skills:** * Proficiency with ERP or procurement systems. * Data analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators. * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas). * Basic knowledge of costing and budgeting. * **Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Planning and organization. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs, Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00 hrs. * **Work Mode:** Onsite. * **Position Type:** Full\-time.
