




**HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT.** **Position Objective** Provide support in human talent management processes, from selection and hiring to employee development and follow-up, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current labor regulations. **Main Responsibilities.** * **Recruitment and selection** * Posting job offers on employment portals. * Resume screening and interview scheduling. * **Conduct interviews in Spanish and ENGLISH** * Participation in the onboarding process for new employees. * Management and updating of employee records. * Control and monitoring of attendance, leaves, and vacations. * Assist in the preparation of employment documents. * Collaborate in internal training and development programs. * Support initiatives related to employee well-being and organizational climate. * Prepare basic HR performance reports (turnover, absenteeism, etc.). **Requirements** * **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related fields (currently pursuing or recent graduate). * **Experience**: Desirable 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (including professional internships). * **Technical Skills**: * **ADVANCED ENGLISH.** * Basic knowledge of HUMAN RESOURCES AND LABOR LAWS **Key Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Adaptability and multitasking ability. * Teamwork and service orientation. **Conditions** * **Schedule**: Full-time * **Work Mode**: In-person Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
