We are currently looking for a person with knowledge in the following activities: * Perform daily log registration (incidents, location, time, as well as any occurrences during the shift) in the corresponding format and signature. * Carry out the opening and closing of the plant according to the assigned shift. * Maintain proper communication with the responsible personnel of each area, as well as immediately notify the appropriate staff in case of extraordinary situations. * Conduct patrols within the plant to detect any incident that could compromise the safety of facilities, resources, and personnel. * Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department. * Receive various shipments, as well as register incoming and outgoing packages. * Assist with the correct internal sales registration for staff. * Ensure coverage of all plant access points to record personnel and goods entry. * Guarantee order, control, and safekeeping of security area documents.
