Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Supervisor with production experience to ensure quality standards, lead teams, and monitor performance indicators—preferably in printing or packaging. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise compliance with quality standards in production. 2. Lead operational teams and monitor area performance indicators. 3. Identify deviations, coordinate corrective actions, and manage complaints. We are looking for a **Quality Supervisor** with solid experience in production environments, capable of ensuring compliance with quality standards, leading operational teams, and monitoring area performance indicators. Experience in printing, labeling, graphic arts, or packaging companies is desirable. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise compliance with quality standards in production. * Validate process startups and release approvals. * Conduct in-process and finished product inspections. * Identify deviations and track incidents. * Coordinate corrective actions with production. * Track internal and external complaints. * Maintain up-to-date quality management system documentation. **Required Profile** Education * Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Production Processes, Manufacturing, or related field. Completed or incomplete degree. Experience * Minimum 2 years in quality and production areas. Experience in printing, labeling, or packaging is preferred. $3,300 weekly \+ bonuses Interested?
