Job Summary:
This role aims to generate, analyze, and transform HR information into strategic insights to improve operational efficiency and talent management using Excel and Power BI.

**Position Objective**
Generate, analyze, and transform Human Resources department data into strategic insights that facilitate decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen talent management—using tools such as Excel and Power BI—ensuring data quality, timeliness, and reliability.
The position will be responsible for evolving data usage within the department, promoting a more analytical, proactive, and results-oriented management approach.
**Reporting Line**
Reports directly to the Human Resources Manager.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Collect, clean, and consolidate HR-related information from various departmental sources.
* Design, update, and optimize operational reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI.
* Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department: turnover, absenteeism, headcount, time-to-fill, performance, among others.
* Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
* Generate periodic analyses and executive reports to support decision-making.
* Identify trends, deviations, and opportunities for improvement in talent management.
* Provide analytical support for strategic HR department initiatives.
* Ensure database integrity, consistency, and up-to-dateness.
* Propose improvements to how information is captured, managed, and leveraged.
* Collaborate with other departments to integrate relevant data impacting personnel management.
* Support HR Management’s requirements.
**Required and Desired Knowledge**
* Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros preferred).
* Power BI experience (data modeling, dashboard creation, basic/intermediate DAX).
* Data analysis and interpretation of metrics.
* Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes (preferred).
* Database handling and information structuring.
* Fundamentals of applied statistics (preferred).
* Ability to document processes and reports.
Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month
