Monitor material, product, and equipment quality through inspections and tests. Receive and manage internal complaints; identify root causes and follow up on corrective actions. Evaluate and release reworked parts, assemblies, and devices. Create and update quality statistics and KPIs (scrap, downtime, rework). Support implementation of improvements to reduce defects, scrap, and cost of poor quality. Comply with industrial safety and environmental protection requirements. Requirements Experience: 1 year as electronic auditor or similar roles focused on PCBA. Education: Bachelor’s degree/engineering not required.
