(Preferably completed high school) * **Experience**: Prior experience in warehouse management, inventory handling, and ERP system usage. * **Skills**: * Ability to organize and supervise merchandise flow. * Ability to manage and control inventory. * Knowledge of warehouse management systems (preferably ERP). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * **Technical Competencies**: * Proficiency in warehouse management software. * Knowledge of industrial safety standards. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations. * Control and update inventory, ensuring product accuracy and availability. * Coordinate with transportation and distribution teams for goods receipt and dispatch. * Implement and oversee storage and product organization processes. * Resolve issues and manage conflicts within the warehouse area. * Conduct regular warehouse inspections to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards. * Generate detailed reports on inventory status and warehouse operations. * Collaborate closely with the sales floor team to ensure continuous store replenishment. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * **Salary**: We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and position level. * **Benefits**: * Social security (IMSS). * Performance- and productivity-based bonuses. * Annual vacation days. * Professional development and continuous training program. * Safe and healthy work environment.
