Construction Resident (Installation Experience Required)

Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the proper execution of installations in vertical projects, detect interferences, and ensure compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of installation contractors and subcontractors 2. Supervision of multiple installation systems 3. Interference detection and proposal of technical solutions A construction company with vertical tower projects (single-family housing) is seeking: Installation Resident Responsibilities: * Coordinate installation contractors and subcontractors. * Verify proper execution according to drawings and current regulations. * Review estimates, construction progress, and volume control. * Identify interferences among disciplines and propose technical solutions. * Participate in site meetings and report progress and incidents. * Coordinate commissioning tests, startups, and completion of installations. * Supervise electrical, hydrosanitary, HVAC, gas, voice and data, fire protection, and special systems. * Ensure compliance with on-site safety and quality standards. Requirements: * Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil Engineering or related degree. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an installation resident or supervisor in vertical projects. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (mandatory). * Familiarity with MS Project or other construction management software is desirable.
