At Yapsi, a Mexican Fintech authorized by CNBV and Banxico, we are looking to hire a Backend Developer with experience in scalable systems and microservices architecture to design, develop, and maintain the services supporting our financial operations—ensuring data integrity, availability, and security. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of professional backend development experience * Experience working with mobile apps and **Flutter** * **Firebase** * **AWS** * Proven experience in **microservices architecture** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Technical English **Additional Skills:** * JavaScript / Node.js * PostgreSQL * Docker * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Prior experience in fintech or regulated environments **Main Responsibilities:** * Design scalable and efficient backend system architectures, and implement and maintain RESTful APIs and complex backend services. * Design, implement, and optimize relational and non-relational database schemas, ensuring integrity, availability, and performance. * Implement backend application security measures to protect data and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. * Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and QA teams to align technical solutions with business requirements, actively participating in planning and code reviews. * Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and quality, proposing continuous improvements to architecture and processes. * Perform debugging, automation, and deployment testing. **We Offer** * Direct employment. * Stability and professional development within the **regulated Fintech sector**. * Working hours: **Monday to Friday**, on-site mode. * Direct participation in a growing, regulated financial operation.
