A strong focus is required on building automated test frameworks, writing code for automated tests (UI, API, database), integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with developers to ensure reliable, high-quality software—combining software engineering with quality assurance to detect defects early and improve overall product stability. **Responsibilities:** * Solid hands-on experience in manual testing and across various testing phases. * Experience in **Salesforce CRM** testing, commercial lending, or any cloud-based application. * Understanding of **test types** (ad hoc, exploratory, etc.). * Understanding of **test design techniques** (boundary value analysis, equivalence partitioning, etc.). * Must have experience in **banking concepts** (payments, loans, deposits, Mastercard card management, banking reports, fund transfers, etc.). * Must have experience working with **JIRA/Xray**, the test management tool within **JIRA and Confluence**. * Must be able to manage and participate in defect triage calls, defect analysis, and testing-oriented techniques. * Must have experience in **API testing (JSON, GraphQL)** using tools such as **SoapUI, Postman, Katalon, etc.** * Must have experience in end-to-end testing covering multiple applications. * Experience in test automation using tools such as **Selenium, REST API, Node.js** with **VB/TypeScript, Playwright, Java, GIT, Jenkins, and SQL** at the framework level. AI-based test automation is a plus.
