Strict adherence to safety protocols We are looking for a highly skilled Backhoe Loader Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently for construction and earthmoving projects in the Guadalajara metropolitan area. Responsibilities: Operate the backhoe loader for excavation, grading, material loading, and trenching. Perform preventive maintenance checks (fluid levels, lubrication, etc.) before and after each shift. Strictly comply with site safety protocols and regulations. Follow instructions from the site resident engineer or project manager. Requirements Experience: Minimum 1–2 years operating a backhoe loader (verifiable). Knowledge of basic machinery maintenance. Availability for flexible working hours and willingness to travel to various job sites within the Tonalá area. Responsible, punctual individual focused on safe work practices. We Offer Salary: $4200 net per week Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) Job stability and timely payments Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
