Job Summary: This role focuses on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and management of operational and administrative staff, including coordination of onboarding sessions and document control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the full recruitment and selection cycle for personnel. 2. Maintains control and tracking of documentation and personnel files. 3. Provides direct attention and support to operational staff. Main Responsibilities * Recruitment and selection of transportation operators and administrative staff. * Posting of job vacancies and candidate follow-up. * Onboarding and compilation of physical and digital personnel files. * Verification of federal driver’s licenses, medical fitness certificates, and operator documentation. * Preparation and follow-up of employment contracts. * Coordination of onboarding and training courses. * Control and distribution of uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Support for operational staff and resolution of inquiries. * Tracking of document and certification renewals. * Assistance with pre-payroll processing and incident data entry. * Management of databases and Excel-based reporting. * Coordination with traffic/logistics teams regarding operator availability. Commonly Required Skills * Proficiency in Excel. * Organizational and document control skills. * Communication with operators and operational staff. * Ability to work under pressure and handle administrative tasks. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and HR processes. * Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet companies. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month. Work Location: On-site employment
