Teamwork in an innovative environment. **At INDE, we are looking for: Structural Calculations Engineer – GUADALAJARA** Are you passionate about structural design and eager to join a team that builds with excellence? **Job Description:** A leading real estate company is seeking a Civil Engineer specializing in Structural Design and Calculations, with at least 3 years of experience in the analysis and design of concrete, steel, and masonry structures, with particular focus on foundation slabs, load-bearing walls, and lightweight floor systems. The professional will be responsible for ensuring building safety, producing detailed structural engineering drawings, and material quantity takeoffs. **Profile:**  Relevant work experience: 3 years or more  Education: Bachelor’s degree or candidate in Civil Engineering  Residence: Guadalajara Metropolitan Area **Main Responsibilities:** Structural analysis and design for residential projects Project modeling and production of construction drawings using Revit Review of structural engineering drawings Preparation of calculation reports Creation and updating of spreadsheets Scheduled on-site construction supervision. **Competencies:** Proactive and self-taught. Interest and passion for Structural Engineering. Teamwork orientation. Innovative mindset and interest in adopting new software. **Requirements:** Knowledge of construction procedures and current regulations applicable to the State of Jalisco. Proficiency in structural analysis software — **ETABS, SAP2000**, or similar Knowledge of structural **Revit** Desirable: Dynamo programming — English language proficiency Operating System: Windows 10 or later. **Offer:** Professional and economic growth based on productivity.
