Ensure budgets are developed with a **minimum risk factor**, implementing high-level administrative tools. Identify and propose **strategic improvements** in budgeting processes, optimizing time and resources. **What we’re looking for in you:** Bachelor's degree in **Engineering or Architecture**. Proven experience of **3 to 5 years** in budgeting. Advanced proficiency in **NEODATA**. Expertise in **unit prices and construction processes**.
