Asia Robótica is seeking a **CNC MATERIALS PLANNER** We are a Mexican company specializing in the assembly and distribution of CNC equipment, with 20 years of experience and over 150 employees, focused on delivering reliable automation solutions to the industry. **Position Objective:** Ensure reliable materials and production planning for CNC equipment by aligning demand, inventory, capacity, and supply to meet on-time and in-full delivery commitments. **Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree or engineering program in *Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Processes, Administrative Mechanics, Industrial Administration*, or a related field. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in materials and production planning within industrial environments * Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and data analysis * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation **Desirable:** * Experience with CNC equipment or metal-mechanical manufacturing. * Experience in production prioritization based on demand and committed delivery dates. * ERP/MRP system proficiency **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and update the CNC equipment production schedule. * Issue and track production orders timely and accurately. * Ensure availability of critical materials and supplies for manufacturing. * Coordinate priorities with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and Commercial departments. * Monitor plan deviations and implement adjustments to safeguard deliveries. * Generate metrics and propose improvements to the planning, supply, and production workflow. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$18,000**, paid biweekly * Punctuality bonus * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS registration * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers * Uniform * Job stability * Internal benefits including training courses, academic support, and partnership agreements **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break); remote work on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Work Location:** Warehouse 2, Españoles 91, La Duraznera, 45580 Guadalajara, Jal. **If you are interested in joining a company dedicated to innovation, continuous improvement, and reliable industrial solutions, apply through this channel.** Salary: $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
