**UX/UI Designer – Digital Products** **About the Role** We are looking for a **UX/UI Designer** to collaborate on the design of complex digital products, focused on solving real user problems through clear, efficient, and scalable experiences. You will work closely with product and development teams to transform functional requirements, user flows, and business rules into well-structured, usable, and implementation-ready interfaces. This role prioritizes **design thinking applied to product**, not just visual execution. **Key Responsibilities** **UX** * Analyze functional requirements and translate them into clear and coherent user flows. * Design information architecture, wireframes, and user flows for web and mobile applications. * Create reusable and adaptable experiences for different contexts, users, or product stages. * Identify usability friction points and propose improvements based on logic and real-world context. * Actively collaborate with product and development teams to ensure technical feasibility. **UI** * Design clean, consistent, and functional interfaces, prioritizing clarity and visual hierarchy. * Build and maintain design systems (components, variants, states). * Prepare designs ready for development on web and mobile. * Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and good legibility. **Who We’re Looking For** **Requirements** * Experience designing digital products in real-world environments (apps or platforms). * Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants). * Ability to design from user flows, business rules, and product logic. * Structured thinking and attention to detail. * Experience working with technical teams. **Desirable** * Experience with B2B, SaaS, or multi-role platforms. * Familiarity with products evolving from MVP to more robust solutions. * Basic knowledge of usability and accessibility. * Ability to document design decisions. **Work Approach** * Design is an integral part of the product process. * Work is iterative, with continuous feedback. * Functional clarity is prioritized over visual trends. * Initiative, judgment, and the ability to question solutions are valued.
