




Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Administrative Assistant to manage quotations, invoicing, purchase orders, shipment tracking, and customer service within a multinational company. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of administrative distribution processes 2. Preparation of quotations, invoicing, and shipment tracking 3. Registration and updating of information in CRM Multinational manufacturer of industrial metrology equipment (Mitutoyo) is seeking: **Distribution Administrative Assistant** (Back office) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (intern or graduate) * Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant with knowledge of quotations, invoicing, order processing, document administration and control, customer service, shipment tracking, and collection of delivery proof (PODs) * Knowledge of electronic invoicing, CRM or ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills * Strong data entry skills and database management capabilities. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am \- 5:30 pm (with availability) RESPONSIBILITIES: * Preparation of quotations, order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking * Shipment tracking until customer delivery (collection of delivery proof: PODs) * Preparation and management of commercial control documents * Registration and updating of information in CRM * Backorder follow-up * Support for webinar and event programs * Customer service via telephone and email WE OFFER: Salary: $11,000 to $12,000 gross monthly * Benefits exceeding legal requirements: * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute) * Food vouchers (10% of salary) * Christmas bonus equivalent to 25 days’ salary * 12 days of paid vacation * Savings fund contribution (13%) * Life insurance * Direct employment contract with the company from day one * Career development and growth plan * Work location: Naucalpan Industrial Park, Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico If you are interested and meet the profile, please send your CV to: noem191@kellyservices.com, addressed to Lic.
