Invites you to join its team as: **Junior Asset Security Coordinator** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Minimum Experience: 2 years in asset security, logistics, or vehicle control **Essential Knowledge** Asset security, vehicle asset control, inventories, access control, operational incidents **Desirable Knowledge**: CCTV, SAP, operational audits Intermediate Excel Willingness to travel is mandatory **Experience in:** **Asset Security Coordination** Supervise and monitor external security providers and guards. Verify compliance with basic access protocols for staff, visitors, and transporters. Monitor thefts, damages, unauthorized access, and operational incidents related to asset security. Execute and validate physical and virtual vehicle unit inventories. Maintain control over vehicle unit entries and exits at the yard. Participate in physical audits and asset security control reviews. Evaluate security provider performance and follow up on service incidents. Validate and enter supplier invoices via SAP. Prepare incident, inventory, and operational control reports. Support basic CCTV reviews and validation of security events.
