**PROJECT MANAGER**
**REQUIREMENTS**
* **Education:** Computer Science, Processes, Project Management, or related fields. **PMI, SCRUM certification required**
* **English:**
* **Knowledge of:** Mexico’s Public Procurement and Services Law.
* **Experience in:** Project management; experience in technological projects with monthly deliverables and team leadership is desirable.
**Objective**: Coordinate operational project activities, manage all resources—time, cost, personnel—adhere to and promote SCRUM/PMI/ITIL methodologies, and perform cost and effort estimation according to the defined project methodology.
**EXPERIENCE**
* Minimum 2 years managing technological projects, reviewing contracts, tracking progress, delivering monthly outputs, managing internal and external vendors, and planning project transitions.
* Coordinate client meetings, develop work plans, and ensure delivery commitments are met.
* Coordinate with the service desk to support projects, guarantee SLA compliance, and track agreement fulfillment.
* Plan expected billing schedules.
* Prepare project reports and measure project SLAs and KPIs.
* Collect and present continuous project improvement initiatives, and conduct monthly and final project reviews.
* Coordinate and define operational processes, ensuring proper implementation (staff performing duties correctly, monthly executive project reports, incident rate %).

**EMPLOYMENT OFFERING**
* **Location:** Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX.
* **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* **Salary:** $55,000 – $65,000 gross + statutory benefits
