(DEGREE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE REQUIRED). **WORK EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in recruitment and selection processes. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in resume screening, candidate pre-selection, and job posting. * Conducting initial interviews and preparing reports. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and recruitment platforms. **CORE COMPETENCIES:** * Observation and attention to detail. * Teamwork. * Ability to respond effectively under pressure. * Organizational skills. * Assertive communication. **PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute mass recruitment processes for various positions. * Manage personnel files and administer the recruitment process. * Screen resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads. * Post and regularly update job openings across multiple platforms. **SALARY** Monthly gross compensation of $16,000.00 MXN, with benefits exceeding statutory requirements. **BENEFITS** Additional income beyond your base salary: * Transportation and uniform allowance. * Grocery vouchers.
