Design and deliver courses on security, personal defense, firearms usage, and cash-in-transit protocols. Train on custody procedures, vehicle handling, and response to risk situations. Evaluate personnel’s theoretical and practical performance. Coordinate drills and training in real-world scenarios. Ensure compliance with security regulations and internal guidelines. Follow up on the application of knowledge during operations. **Requirements:** Valid DC5 certification (mandatory). Experience in security training, firearms handling, and/or personal defense. Knowledge of cash-in-transit security protocols (preferred). Experience working with operational or private security personnel. Strong communication, leadership, and group management skills.
