Tasks to be performed: Preventive maintenance of installations, finishes (patching and painting), plumbing, replacement of lighting fixtures, reporting and monitoring of equipment, completion of logbooks. Basic knowledge preferably in preventive equipment maintenance, electricity, plumbing, property preservation, painting, and finishes. The primary role of the utility worker is to cover absences (due to leave, incapacity, or vacation) of on-site technicians. Schedule availability: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Availability to travel within Mexico City.
