Maintain order and control of patient files and supplies **Salary:** Starting from 10,000.00 (MXN) per month Job Description: **Working Conditions:** * **Gross salary: $10,000.00** per month. * **Employment type:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Performance-based bonuses.** * **Work schedule:** Monday to Sunday, with one fixed weekday day off (10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.). **\*Work location, assignment subject to availability:** **\- Magdalena Contreras,** Pasaje San Jerónimo Plaza (near Unidad Independencia, close to IMSS Clinic 22). **\- Patio Santa Fe** (branch located inside the plaza). **\- Plaza Portal San Ángel** (adjacent to Barranca del Muerto Metro station or near Francia Metrobus stop). **Main Responsibilities:** * Front Desk Leadership: Manage appointment scheduling, payments, and handling of patient inquiries/complaints; follow-up with clients; maintain orderly patient files, notes, tickets, template forms, supplies, inventories, and keep the reception area clean. * Quality Supervision: Monitor adherence to image protocols and operational workflow of clinical staff; work per instructions from the Supervision Manager. **Required Profile:** * **Education:** High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (incomplete or completed, but **not currently enrolled students)**. * **Experience:** **Minimum 1.5 years** in front desk or patient service roles (preferred). * **Appearance:** Excellent, neat, and professional appearance.
