Leads unionized and administrative teams, ensuring KPI compliance, operational safety, and alignment with corporate policies. ### **Professional Experience** * **8–10 years** of experience in logistics operations within **Cross Dock facilities, distribution centers, or last-mile terminals**. * Demonstrable experience managing **unionized personnel**, including administration of collective bargaining agreements, local negotiations, and resolution of labor incidents. * Experience managing workforces of **more than 200 employees**, including operators, supervisors, and shift leads. * Experience operating under **high-volume conditions**, seasonal peaks, and strict cross-dock time requirements. * Proven track record of continuous improvement, process optimization, and reduction of operational cycle times. ### **Technical Competencies** * In-depth knowledge of **Cross Dock processes**, traceability, sorting, routing, and yard control. * Proficiency in **WMS / TMS**, control dashboards, and operational KPIs.
