Essential Responsibilities
* Review of daily alerts produced by the filters and rules applied in the risk systems.
* Leverage third party tools to enable a more robust review of daily alerts.
* Effective follow up and resolution of cases to include timely release of funds when warranted.
* Provide recommendations for updates to the current controls based on daily review of alerts.
* Collaborate with stakeholders in the business to minimize risk and loss attributed to high risk processing.
* Support other Risk teams as needed.
* Educate stakeholders of the risks of not making fraud enhancements.
* Provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications
