Wine and distilled spirits consulting VINOPREMIER: A company specializing in the distribution, marketing, and sale of wine, distilled spirits, and gourmet products, seeks to incorporate a Floor Manager into its hospitality team for its Wine Bar located in Santa Fe, Lomas de Vista Hermosa, Cuajimalpa. Candidate Requirements: * Completed high school diploma. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry and at least 2 years as a Floor Manager. * Experience working in teams. * Customer-oriented and committed to work excellence. * Sales-oriented. * Strong personal presence. * Proactive, responsible, organized, and honest. * Basic knowledge of the wine and cocktail industry is desirable. * Knowledge of foreign languages is desirable. Job Responsibilities: * Attend to customers, suggesting purchases from various menu items. * Advise customers on selecting and purchasing wine and distilled spirits. * Serve food and beverages as requested by customers. * Conduct and monitor inventory. * Perform daily cash register closings. * Remove excess cash from the register and hand it over to the supervisor. * Supervise other waitstaff schedules. * Product placement in the store. * Maintenance and setup of facilities. * Ensure equipment, materials, and supplies are appropriate for service delivery. Offered: * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * One and a half days off per week. * Full-time schedule (48 hours per week). * $11,000 net per month plus tips. * Opportunity to join an expanding multinational project with professional growth and development potential.
