TOP PERSONNEL GROUP is working alongside a leading Metalworking Company in Mexico and Latin America for Industrial sectors, currently seeking a **Marketing Jr**. for CDMX. **Key responsibilities of the position:** * Design visual content for social media, the website, and email marketing campaigns. * Participate in writing and creating content for blogs and other communication channels. * Collaborate in the production of graphic and audiovisual materials. * Manage the website, including product uploads, banners, and blogs. * Measure and analyze performance metrics of digital campaigns. * Prepare reports on campaign performance and achievement of objectives. * Work collaboratively with the marketing team, Marketing Manager, and other departments. * Support market trend research, consumer behavior analysis, and competitor activity monitoring. * Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and other in-person marketing activities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in traditional and digital marketing within the construction, metalworking, or industrial sector. * Experience in digital marketing strategies and social media. * Experience in digital campaigns, preferably in manufacturing or construction. * Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing, and performance metrics. **Skills:** * Microsoft Office proficiency * Power BI proficiency * Apple device proficiency * Adobe Photoshop proficiency * Google Analytics proficiency * Chat GPT proficiency **Competencies:** * Strategic thinking * Innovative mindset * Decision-making ability * Effective communication * Interpersonal skills **We offer:** * Salary: $23,000 MXN monthly * Statutory benefits * Savings fund * Year-end bonus equivalent to 15 days * Monthly grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Personal accident insurance * Travel allowances when required * Mobile phone, phone line, and computer equipment **Working conditions** ✓ Working hours from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with flexible availability ✓ Work schedule: Monday to Friday ✓ Availability to travel occasionally Join our team and develop your potential.
