




**At Grupo LINMEX**, we are looking for a highly proactive **Community Manager** with a **strategic focus** to manage and enhance LINMEX’s digital presence through professional content, engagement, customer service, and organic positioning strategies. They are responsible for building active communities, improving brand perception, and identifying opportunities that strengthen the commercial strategy. Their experience enables them to resolve communication crises, produce strategic content, and generate insights that directly influence business and marketing decisions. **What do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing relevant communities. * Preferred: certifications in content marketing, storytelling, social media analytics. * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and scheduling platforms. * Expert handling of social media metrics and report creation. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Knowledge of trends, algorithms, and organic growth. * Ability to manage digital customer service. * Basic knowledge of design and editing for rapid content production. **What will you do?** * Manage social media using advanced strategies for positioning, engagement, and sustainable growth. * Develop strategic content lines aimed at community building and supporting sales objectives. * Write professional copy: informative, persuasive, commercial, and value-driven. * Coordinate with Design and the Trafficker to align organic and paid campaigns. * Monitor conversations, respond to messages, and follow up with qualified leads. * Identify commercial opportunities within the community and effectively channel them to sales. * Manage digital reputation and monitor potential crises. * Analyze advanced metrics and deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for marketing and sales. * Identify trends, competitors, and new content opportunities. * Support photographic and audiovisual content production when necessary. **What do we offer?** * Working hours: 09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday. * Competitive salary. * Ongoing training opportunities. * Comprehensive health care programs. * Excellent work environment. * Benefits exceeding legal requirements.
