The IWS Manager is responsible for comprehensively coordinating the implementation of IWS at the plant, leading the development and execution of the master plan, ensuring that it remains on track and that its pillars are sound and integrated, driving implementation as the system champion, coordinating workshops, training sessions, and the annual loss analysis to establish the baseline, as well as developing and aligning objectives and milestones in collaboration with the Plant Manager.**What You’ll Do** * Daily consultative review with team / individual on the small group activities · * Tour at least one department / one team / one line to understand IWS progress, SDCA/PDCA thought process, help needed and reapplication opportunities. * Lead LPT meeting – Discuss plant wide issues that are constraining IWS progress, or adjust pillar focuses. * Conduct AM / PM . Pillar Audits, Phase pre\-assessment audits. * Lead site Pillar review process – Ensure SDCA/PDCA thought process. o Pillar health check o DMS Health check o Pillar masterplans progress o Pillar results, gap analysis, and action plan sufficiency * Attend Pillar meetings as needed to ensure they are effective and follow a SDCA/PDCA format and meet with pillar owners as required to support pillar progress. * Work with Pillar owners to train/develop LPT on specific pillar tools / systems. * Participate in Department/VS review with Plant Manager – Ensure SDCA/PDCA thought process and RTT DDS * IWS Consultant visits arrangement and follow up. * Pillar health assessment * Review LPT skill matrix and work out follow up action plans. * Consolidation / Zero Loss Journey review and revision. * Facilitate SDDS deployment events. * Participate in Loss Analysis events. * Ensure R\&R CBA to maintain its power of energizing the whole organization. **What We Need From You** * Master 2\-3 pillars and overall knowledgeable of all pillars and program phases * Understand the integration of the pillars by phases * Master RTT and its DMS, especially DDS * Master the phases of the program * Master what losses Pillars capabilities can eliminate * Relationship, influencing, program management Perfetti Van Melle is an **equal opportunity employer.** All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, pregnancy, genetic information, disability, or any other status.
