Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Generalist with experience in accounting or administration, responsible for payroll processing, incident entry, CONTPAQi system management, and special calculations. We operate 16 branches across the State of Mexico, ranking among the leading clinical laboratories in Toluca and Metepec. We are seeking a Payroll Generalist. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Prior work experience in the healthcare sector (preferred) * Solid knowledge of IMSS, Federal Labor Law (LFT), SUA, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Minimum 3 years of experience (preferred) * Experience managing shift-based payroll * Payroll processing for headcount (HC) exceeding 150 **Responsibilities:** * Performing payroll processing * Entering incidents (vacations, disabilities, overtime, etc.) * Managing CONTPAQi * Payroll stamping (timbrado) * Managing time clocks * Preparing payroll reports and reconciliations * Calculating special payments: Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), savings fund, savings box, profit-sharing (PTU), bonuses * Calculating and preparing severance settlements and liquidations * Clarifying payroll matters with staff **Skills:** * Excellent customer service * Frustration tolerance * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Adaptability * Confidentiality and ethics **We Offer:** * Salary range: MXN 15,000 to 16,500 per month * Enhanced benefits package * Employee discounts Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
