Our organization stands out for its collaborative work environment and professional growth opportunities for employees. **Job Requirements**: * **Education:** Completed high school diploma **(NO bachelor's degrees or engineering degrees)** * **Experience:** 1 year of experience in blind counting, order assembly, and shrinkage control * **Attributes:** Dynamic, proactive, responsible * **Skills:** Intermediate Excel proficiency * Flexible working hours availability **Job Responsibilities**: * Ensure accurate order assembly for dispatch, preventing shrinkage and shortages. * Deliver products on time and as specified. * Identify orders that do not meet specifications. * Verify that materials match the information slip and are in good condition. * Perform cargo loading and unloading operations for customs release and/or shipment.
