Ensuring information flow with internal and external teams Miguel Hidalgo Borough Mexico Administration **External Job Description** **PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION DUE TO MEDICAL LEAVE** Main Responsibilities: Input, schedule, and administer customer/division-specific product purchase orders in the Oracle system to ensure timely order shipment in accordance with Customer Service, Transportation, and Order Management policies. Ensure requested products are delivered to customers in alignment with actual sales department demand. Control and manage customer orders, confirming inventory availability and credit status. Coordinate shipment dispatch with transportation providers, including scheduling customer appointments and generating delivery receipts for self-service systems. Ensure information flow with Planning, Credit, Accounts Receivable, Sales, Logistics, Monitoring, Control Desk, Warehouse, and end customers.
