Job Summary: We are seeking a Pharmacy Shift Supervisor with experience in drug assortment, dispensing, inventory control, and pharmaceutical billing. Key Responsibilities: 1. Reporting of pharmacopoeia processes. **A leading pharmaceutical and medical device distributor is seeking:** **Pharmacy Shift Supervisor (SEDENA)** **We Offer:** * $12,500 Net Monthly Salary * Statutory Benefits * Direct Employment Contract from Day One **Requirements:** * **Completed High School Diploma (certificate mandatory)** * **Availability** for rotating shifts **(morning, afternoon, and night shifts)** * **Mandatory** pharmacy experience * Valid personal documentation **Work Schedule:** * **Monday to Sunday**, with one weekend day off. * Availability for weekly or biweekly shift rotation: * Morning shifts: 6:00–14:00, 7:00–15:00, 9:00–17:00 * Afternoon shifts: 13:00–21:00, 14:15–22:15 * Night shift: 22:15–6:15 **Work Location:** SEDENA Medical Specialties Unit, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. **Key Duties:** * Direct reporting of PHARMACOPOEIA processes to the Pharmacy Manager * Drug prescription filling and dispensing * Receiving pharmaceuticals from suppliers, verifying details, and registering them in the system * Verifying drug batch numbers and expiration dates * Returning pharmaceuticals to suppliers as required * Quoting products in the system and generating pharmacy invoices * Recording temperatures of cold-chain pharmaceuticals using calibrated measuring instruments * Ensuring proper drug handling by applying the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method * Organizing and relabeling products to ensure accurate identification * Performing inter-pharmacy transfers following established procedures.
