What We Are Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields or engineering (preferred). Mandatory Experience: Team coordination. Preferred Experience: Compliance with civil protection regulations. Expense administration. Accounting and tax knowledge. Desired Technical Knowledge: Use of civil protection standards and procedures. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Job Mission: Plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise administrative, operational, and technical activities within the general services department. Key Responsibilities: Manage cleaning supplies, stationery, and coffee break provisions, ensuring availability through timely procurement and internal controls. Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure facilities remain in optimal condition. Quote and manage travel and accommodation for teams visiting clients. Implement the civil protection plan in compliance with current regulations. Competencies and Skills: Self-management. Effective communication. We Offer: $14,000 gross monthly salary.
