If you have experience as a supervisor in manufacturing companies, experience in line balancing, and have worked with unionized personnel, this opportunity is for you. **Production Supervisor** **Requirements:** Textile Engineer (intern or graduate) **1 year** of experience as a **Production Supervisor** in a plant (preferred). Knowledge of machinery, fabrics, cleaning products, stain removal, and application techniques on different fabrics (preferred). Experience managing unionized personnel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the production process. * Administration of shifts and schedules. * Planning, organizing, and assigning work to be performed by the laundry. * Control of soiled clothing entering the laundry. * Control of clean clothing delivered to various departments. * Conducting inventories. * Ensuring quality of garments to be delivered. * Supervising and ensuring compliance regarding quantity, assortment, contaminated items, and returns. * Responsible for the productivity of assigned personnel. * Developing assigned personnel. * KPI management * Compliance with improvement systems (quality, environmental, safety within their area of responsibility) * Handling personnel incidents under their supervision * Production indicators **We Offer:** Direct employment with the company Weekly payment Base salary: **$13,000 gross monthly** Weekly performance bonus of **$1,000** Statutory benefits Life insurance Thirteenth-month bonus: **15 days** Vacation bonus: **60%** Work location: **Miguel Hidalgo Borough** **Schedule**: Monday to Sunday, with **1 weekday rest day.** Availability to **rotate shifts.** Interested candidates must send an **UPDATED CV** to: **56 2001 3398**.
